All members of community associations managed by RealManage have access to the robust CiraNet Owner/Resident Portal. This helpful and convenient tool puts a wealth of information and community-specific resources at your fingertips, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Note for Highlands Condo Residents: Assessment payment process will remain the same. You are still invited to register for the Resident Portal.
Using the Owner / Resident Portal is the fastest and most efficient way to:
- Interact with your account
- Pay your assessments (or you can make a one-time payment here without logging on)
- Access necessary documents
- View any see your account correspondence including statements, notices or violation letters.
- Read your community’s documents such as the governing documents, annual budget, etc.
- Update your mailing address or other contact information
- Report rule violations, and so much more!
Resident Portal User Guide
This user guide is designed to introduce you to the Owner / Resident Portal, the information available to you on the portal, and how to locate the information you are looking for.
Create your user account by entering your Account Number, Check Digit, Email Address, and Password of your choice. Then click ‘Create User’. (Your Account Number and Check Digit are on your Welcome Letter sent to all owners in September. It will be also on your assessment payment coupon or on the “tear off” portion of your statement once they are received). If you need your account number and check digit, please email HGCAFL@CiraMail.com and we will be happy to assist you!
